All of our products are made to order. We will display estimated lead times on our homepage, so you know what to expect. On average, our wait time is 4-6 weeks, though this can fluctuate based on the season, new collection releases, and the current order volume. As soon as your item ships, you'll receive an email. We truly put our heart into all our products and we sincerely appreciate your patience!

You have 10 days from the day your order arrives to return it. We just ask that the item is in its original condition. Once it’s back with us, we’ll take a look and process your refund. If you have any questions at all, send us an email, we’re always happy to help! For full details, check out our Return Policy.

We use Full grain leather. It is incredibly durable. It comes from the top layer of the hide, where the grain is at its most natural. Full grain leather keeps the original texture and grain, so no two items are ever the same. Those little scars, wrinkles, and natural imperfections are part of its charm and make each product truly one-of-a-kind.

Sakshi designs and makes every piece from scratch, handpicking the perfect leather to bring her vision to life. She pours her heart into every product, making each one truly special.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical store; we operate out of our home office space. Our business is 100% online.
