Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, we’re here to help.

You have 10 days from when your order is received to initiate a return. Please email us at vont.designshop@gmail.com before sending anything back. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

If your product isn't what you hoped for, we’d love to hear from you. Tell us what went wrong, and we’ll do our best to make it right or improve for next time. Your satisfaction truly matters to us.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • Sale items, customized products, or digital items are ineligible for return.
  • Monogrammed or custom products cannot be refunded.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your item, please email us with the details of the exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

VONT LLC reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange request if the product does not meet our inspection criteria for malfunction or defect. If your return is not accepted, we can ship the item back to you at your expense, and no refund or exchange will be provided. This policy ensures that only verified issues are eligible for resolution.
